How Our Network Works

Who Will You Talk To?
You will talk to an independent local provider. That means a pest control or wildlife removal business that runs on its own. These providers are not employees of Secharlotte Pest Control. We are a referral service, so we make the introduction and the provider handles the rest.
That difference matters. The provider sets the schedule, the method, and the price. They also stand behind their own work. Our job is to help you show up prepared.
What Happens When You Connect?
Expect a short, friendly conversation. The provider will likely ask:
- What pest or animal have you seen, and where?
- When did it start?
- What type of home is it, such as a slab ranch or an older pier-and-beam house?
- Are there kids, pets, or anyone with health concerns at home?
Some jobs can be priced after a few answers. Others need a look at the property first, especially attic, crawl space, or termite concerns. Neither path is unusual.
What Should You Ask a Provider?
Good questions make a big difference. Here are some worth keeping handy:
- Can I get the quote in writing before work starts?
- What exactly is included, and what is not?
- How do you find and seal the entry points?
- Is this a one-time visit or a plan with repeat visits?
- What products or methods will you use, and are they safe around pets and children?
- Are you licensed as required in Texas?
- What happens if the problem returns?
Write down the answers. They make it easy to compare more than one provider.
You Are in Control
Talking to a provider does not mean you have agreed to anything. You can ask for time to think. You can ask for a second estimate. You can say no. If something feels unclear, ask again until it makes sense.
Be cautious if anyone pushes you to sign right away or will not put the price in writing. A clear quote is a good sign. Vague promises are not.
